Dr. Andrew DeCort briefed Filsan Abdi, founder of Nabad Media and soon-to-be-appointed Minister of Women, Children, and Youth, on the Neighbor-Love Movement. Minister Filsan signed our Covenant and promised to promote our work in the Somali Region media network.
